Consists of a diary, correspondence, contracts, newspaper articles, newsletters, program booklets, diplomas, greeting cards, scrapbooks, sound recordings, and World War II memorabilia. Included are documents related to various members of the Yarus and Abrams family, especially Beatrice's father, Irving Yarus, Harry's parents, Joe and Pearl Abrams, and Beatrice's son, Ronald, his wife, Sylvia, and his children, Ruth and Sharon Abrams. In addition to personal papers, the collection also focuses on the printing supply industry, activities within the Jewish community of Cleveland, the role of women in business, consumer rationing and volunteer activities during World War II, and includes some correspondence relating to attempts to rescue family members from Europe in 1940.
